Instructions for cleaning aligners/retainers: Dispense the foam inside the aligner/retainer. Leave for 1-2 minutes. Gently brush with a toothbrush and rinse with water.
Instructions for whitening: Dispense the foam inside the aligner/retainer, wear and spit out excess. Repeat 1-2 times daily. Gradually whitens teeth.
