Will my local dental equipment engineer be able to install the chair?

Yes. Our chairs are relatively easy to install compared to other chairs in the market. Instruction manual and video tutorial is available. 

What if my dental equipment engineer can't service the chair?

That's not a problem, our chairs are based on the same principles as most dental chairs in the market and can therefore be serviced by most engineers. 

What if my engineer doesn't have the right parts for the chair in the case of repairs?

Al-Mahdi Dental Supplies will provide any necessary parts for free during the warranty period. 

*Warranty covers malfunction issues and not general wear and tear.  

*Warranty does not cover malfunction or damage caused by improper handling or installation of the dental chair (unless the handling or installation has been carried out by an employee or contractor assigned by Al-Mahdi Dental Supplies). 

*Warranty claims are subject to approval by Al-Mahdi Dental Supplies.
