What about services and repairs?

Your dental chair will be insured for 5 years for maintenance and repairs. 

What if my dental equipment engineer can't service the chair?

That's not a problem, our chairs are based on the same principles as most dental chairs in the market and can be serviced by any dental chair engineer. 

We will endeavour to partner with a local dental equipment engineer in your area to ensure your chair can be serviced when needed.

The engineer will receive 35% extra for his/her services. 

What if my engineer doesn't have the right parts for the chair?

Al-Mahdi Dental Supplies will provide any necessary parts for free during the warranty period.

*The installation of a dental chair by our engineer team is applicable to mainland UK only. Alternatively the customer can use their own local engineer and we will pay the bill with an additional 35% (subject to approval) . The fitting and complete installation of a dental chair can only take place in a surgery that has the  appropriate electrics and plumbing work prepared. The surgery must also have a suitable air compressor and vacuum system in place prior to the chair installation. 

** Any spare parts that might be required will be provided for free by Al-Mahdi Dental Supplies or by the customer's own local engineer.  We will pay the bill.

** Any service or repair of the dental chair will be done by the customer's own local engineer. We will pay the bill with an additional 35% (subject to approval). 

** Warranty covers malfunction issues and not general wear and tear.
